When deciding to go to individual counseling you may feel depressed and anxious. There may be a lack of direction in your life, job or relationship.  Problems may be too frequent, they may be lasting too long or be too intense. Becoming aware and changing thinking patterns can get you back on track. Getting help can put your issues into perspective. You’ll feel less stressed, less anxious and happier. 


Young Adults

Working with teens and young adults I feel is extremely rewarding experience for the individual.  The teens/young adults I work with are usually having difficulties going to school, relationships, going to college, starting a new job, step family struggles, and at times depression and anxieties.

It is very gratifying to see how assessment, planning and follow through can create changes that lasts.
